Yes. Wireless microphones are included for toasts, blessings, vows and announcements.

Can we choose our music?

Absolutely. Planning covers must-play songs, do-not-play songs, special dances and the overall feel you want for each part of the night.

Can guests request songs?

That is entirely your call. You can allow open requests, decline them, or ask that every request is checked with you first.

Setup time depends on the venue and the services booked. It is confirmed during planning and always scheduled before guests arrive.

Insurance details are confirmed directly with you and your venue during planning. Ask and we will provide what your venue requires.

How does the photo booth work?

The booth is set up in your reception space with props and an attendant-guided experience. Guests take photos throughout the booked window.

Do photo booth packages include prints?

The Print Photo Booth includes on-site prints plus digital copies. The Digital Photo Booth includes digital copies and instant sharing.

Can we add extra photo booth time?

Yes, additional hours can be added — just ask when booking or on the day if guests are still queueing.

What is included in the CO2 cannon package?

The standard CO2 experience provides approximately 30 seconds of effects total, used at the moments with the most impact. Additional CO2 time is available for an added charge.

Do you travel outside Fresno and Clovis?

Yes. Drop the Beat Entertainment serves Fresno, Clovis and the wider Central California area. Travel outside the immediate area is quoted with your date.
